Beef Tenderloin with Hoisin Sauce
- 2 lbs Beef Tenderloin
- Hoisin Sauce
- 1 Bunch Scallions (finely chopped)
- 2 Sweet Peppers (julienned)
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Remove all silver skin from tenderloin.
Portion to size and cut of your choice, season with salt & pepper, and sear in a cast iron pan to desire level of readiness.
Drizzle or toss beef in Hoisin sauce
Garnish with chopped scallions, julienned sweet peppers, and toasted sesame seeds
