Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Beef Tenderloin
  • Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 Bunch Scallions (finely chopped)
  • 2 Sweet Peppers (julienned)
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Directions

Step 1
Remove all silver skin from tenderloin. 
Step 2
Portion to size and cut of your choice, season with salt & pepper, and sear in a cast iron pan to desire level of readiness. 
Step 3
Drizzle or toss beef in Hoisin sauce 
Step 4
Garnish with chopped scallions, julienned sweet peppers, and toasted sesame seeds
