Wine Tasting

We are excited to welcome you to a sit down entrée & flight or  the original wine & food pairing experience at Le Cuvier Winery.

Now offering a paired wine & charcuterie tasting experience on Thursdays. 

We are available to accomodate pick-ups 7 days a week from 11am to 5pm.

We invite our Elliptical Society members and guests to join us at our stunning hilltop location for a truly indulgent entrée experience. Created by our in-house chef, it consists of five amuse-bouche pairings and a main paired entree, available Friday through Sunday 11am to 2pm. 

Our original wine & food pairing experience of five wines expertly coupled with five food bites is available Friday through Monday 11am - 5pm. 

Appointments are required and we can only accomodate parties of up to 6 guests. Please note we will only be able to seat the confirmed number of guest per your reservation confirmation. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours. No shows will be charged $20/person reserved. Parties that are more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their reservation. 21+.

Driving Directions

Take 24th Street (on the north end of Paso Robles) west out of town. It will turn into Nacimiento Lake Drive. Follow Nacimiento Lake Drive for about 1.5 miles; turn left on Adelaida Road. Proceed one mile, and turn right on Vine Hill Lane. Follow the road to the top of the hill, and there we are—around the bend and past the barn.
