Elliptical Society Menu For This Weekend’s Pick-Up Party
Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at 8:20AM WHAT & WHEN: this coming Friday the 23rd through Sunday the 24th is the weekend for the Le Cuvier Fall Elliptical Society Pick-Up Party.
WHERE: at the old place, the one we are in the process of moving out of, located at 9750 Adelaida Road.
HOURS: 11 AM – 5 PM.
MORE WHAT: individual hors d’oeuvres will be paired with each wine. On Friday, the pairing will be with hors d’oeuvres prepared by our own “Lady of the Kitchen”, Tiani. Here you will have bites & tastes that we have spent months evolving so that they help can help illustrate what flavors pair just right with each wine. On Saturday & Sunday individual amuse-gueule offerings are being prepared by Laurent Grangien of Bistro Laurent. Here is what Laurent has to say:
