A Short Litany of Privileges & Perquisites

guiding the very existence of Le Cuvier Winery, & is a Society exclusively limited to approximately 1,500 members. There is a
natural limitation on the size of Elliptical Membership because
Le Cuvier itself has limited its maximum production to under 2437
cases per year (see “self-destruct clause” paragraph

All Le Cuvier winery events are entirely reserved for Elliptical Members & their
guests. As you will see by our listing of Elliptical Events, our
dinners are true dinner parties (held to a maximum of 22 guests), while seminars,
blind tastings & the like are truly hands-on experiences
(usually limited to 24 people). Beyond the Calendar of Events,
the privileges & benefits of being a member of the Elliptical
Society are, of course, countless, but here are just
a few:
- Le Cuvier wines are only available to members of the Elliptical Society.
- Free wine tasting using fine crystal is offered to Elliptical Members & their guests.
- All winery events are limited to Elliptical Members and their guests.
- New release tasting in the winery in both the Spring & Fall, accompanied by passed hors d'oeuvres & music at no charge.
