We believe our wines - uniquely made on wild yeast fermentation & extended barrel-aged - are best experienced & appreciated upon a visit to the winery, or when shared with existing Elliptical Society members who have been properly proselytized. Our wines are produced nearly exclusively for our members. At present we are accepting new members, though membership has been known to fill up, requiring us (with lamentations) to turn away orders from those of the so-called Unwashed Masses.
