To enhance your tasting experience & to show the complexity of our wines, Le Cuvier features passed hors d'oeuvres with all wine tastings at the winery. We are open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. except for major holidays & private events. Continue to check our Web site for information about days & hours of operation.
Tastings are always free to Elliptical Society members & their guests. Non-member tasting fee is $10 (except for special weekends catered by Bistro Laurent: $15).
New Events! Learn about the wine making process at Le Cuvier. We've introduced a range of special tasting events, each intimate affairs with the winemakers & featuring specially catered lunches. See the Tasting Events page for detailed descriptions of each.
Events & Dinners: All Le Cuvier events are reserved for Elliptical Society members and their guests. Please review our reservation policy for details. Elliptical dinners fill up very quickly and we recommend you make your reservations without delay. Call (805) 238-5706 or submit a reservation request to Dana.
Dinners are hosted at John & Mary's home - Las Puertas Elipticas - & are catered by Bistro Laurent, unless otherwise noted.
Laurent also caters the passed hors d'oeuvres at our wine release pick-up parties & most festival weekends. No reservations are required for these events. Call us for details when planning your visit.

March 17th & 18th: Zinfandel Festival Weekend. Specially prepared hors d'oeuvres by Bistro Laurent. Free to Elliptical Society members & guests. Others: $15/person.
March 17th: Zinfandel Festival Wine Dinner by Chef Jeff Scott at John & Mary's home. $155/person. Call for reservations, or submit a reservation here.

April 21st: Library Vertical Tasting. A 3-year vertical tasting of our 1999, 2000, & 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon. Includes lunch. Limited to 10 guests. Call for reservations, or submit a reservation here.
May 5th: Pentimento 2012 Blending Seminar. Includes lunch with the winemaker. Limited to 20 guests. $85/person. Call for reservations, or submit a reservation here.
May 19th & 20th: Wine Festival Weekend at the winery with hors d'oeuvres pairings & music on the patio. 11 a.m.- 5 p.m. Call for information.
June
