RP6-Smoked Trout Muffaletta on Toasted Pita

 

Smoked Muffaletta on Toasted Pita with 2010 L'enfant Du Pape

1 ½ cans smoked trout, drained & rinsed

1 small container hummus (plain)

1 can green olives ( no pit) drained & rinsed

2 tbsp. lemon olive oil

1 tsp white pepper

2 cups gardiniere mix (minus the pepperoncini’s)

Blend all ingredients in a food processor.  Serve chilled on pita bread with a roasted red pepper garnish
