Fingerling Potato

Fingerling Potatoes
with 2013 Cabernet Franc
Fingerling potatoes
Crème Fraiche
Truffle salt
Place potatoes in a large pot of cold water and cover
Bring to a boil and pierce with a knife until tender but not mushy
Drain water and lay potatoes on a sheet pan to cool at room temperature
Slice potatoes to desired thickness
Top with crème fraiche and truffle salt and serve
